Classic Chicken Salad With Pecans
Yield: 1 large bowl

List of Ingredients
6 cups of water
2 celery stalks
1 ¼ lb chicken breast
¾ cup Rancho Pecana pecans
1 cup of red grapes
⅓ cup of light mayo
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Pepper and salt to taste

Directions
- In a pot; add water, celery stalks, and add the chicken breasts and bring water to boil.
- Allow for chicken to cook for about 20 minutes. After remove chicken and allow to chill while preparing the rest of the salad.
- Chop the celery, pecans, and grapes. Add these ingredients including mayo and mustard to a large bowl.
- Remove chicken from the refrigerator and shred into small pieces. Add the chicken with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy.
