This pecan fudge is decadent with a perfect flavor of maple syrup. The recipe does not need as many ingredients which makes it a fun recipe to cook whenever you have the time.

3-Ingredient Maple-Pecan Fudge
Yield: About 2 pounds
Prep time: Approx. 20 minutes
Total Time: 1 1/2 hours (plus chilling)

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups of Rancho Pecana pecans
- Unsalted butter
- 4 cups pure maple syrup
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ tsp kosher salt

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Toast pecans on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes. Allow the pecans to cool and then coarsely chop.
- Meanwhile, butter loaf pan. Attach the candy thermometer to a large pot and set over medium heat. Cook maple syrup, cream, and salt, whisking constantly and bring to a boil. Continue to boil until the thermometer reaches 238 degrees fahrenheit for about 40 minutes. Immediately remove from heat and allow to cool to 130 degrees F about 40 minutes.
- Transfer this to a mixer and beat on medium speed until fudge is stiff. This takes about 12 minutes. Add in the pecans. Scrape fudge into the prepared loaf pan and smooth surface. Chill until cold for about 2 hours.
