Pecan Spinach Artichoke Dip
This vegetarian appetizer is so flavorful with the combination of spinach, artichoke dip, and pecans. It is a great dip to pair up with chips and crackers.

Pecan Cinnamon Cereal

List of Ingredients
8 oz of cream cheese
1 14 oz can of artichoke hearts packed in water, drained
1 cup Greek yogurt
¾ cup of parmesan cheese
¾ cup of mozzarella cheese
10 oz frozen spinach
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup of Rancho Pecana pecan pieces

Directions
- In a food processor, add cream cheese and artichokes. Process until artichokes are chopped and mixed with the cream cheese.
- Transfer to a large bowl and add greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, ½ cup of mozzarella, spinach, salt and pepper. Combine and spread mixture into a skillet. Add pecan pieces and the rest of mozzarella cheese to the dish.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees fahrenheit for about 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with chips or crackers!
