What better way than to start out your morning with these delicious pancakes. The smell of these pancakes will make you want to roll out of bed every morning to make them.

List of Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

3 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

1 1/4 cups Butter Pecan Coffee Creamer

3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

1/2 cup Rancho Pecana chopped pecans

Directions

  1. In a large bowl whisk the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt altogether. In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs, coffee creamer, and melted butter. Once this is down, combine wet and dry ingredients and mix together until the batter becomes thick. 
  2. In a hot griddle, spray nonstick cooking spray and scoop batter into the griddle.
  3. Bake until both sides are brown. 
  4. Once they are done, add pecans and maple syrup as toppings.
