Chocolate Pecan Brownies

Yield:12 brownies

Total Time: 45 minutes

This recipe is for all the sweet tooth lovers! Bake this recipe with your loved ones this year to start of the year just right, because who can have too many desserts?

Ingredients:

2 sticks unsalted butter

1 1/2 cups white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

2 cups wheat flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup of chopped Rancho Pecana pecans

Procedure:

1. Mix the melted butter with the sugar and salt.

2. Add the eggs and vanilla and stir vigorously until smooth.

3. Add the flour and cocoa and mix very well until you get a homogeneous and very consistent mixture. Once the mixture is ready add the chopped pecans and stir a little.

4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish or medium tray that is previously greased. You can add a little more walnut on top if you like.

5. Bake for 20 minutes at 350ºF.

6. Let cool and cut into squares.
