Keto Spicy-Sweet Roasted Pecans
Yield:About 2 cups of pecans

List of Ingredients
– 2 cups of raw pecan halves (any other nut works fantastic!)
– 2 tbsp of melted ghee
– 2 tbsp of granulated monk fruit or sweetener of choice
– 1/2 tsp of sea salt
– 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder
– A dash of cayenne pepper
– 1/2 tsp of dried Rosemary

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.
2. In a small bowl mix the melted ghee, monk fruit and spices.
3.In a large bowl, place the pecan halves and pour over the spiced ghee and mix well.
4.Transfer to a baking dish lined with parchment and roast for 12-18 minutes or until browned but not burned
5.. Remove from the oven and let them cool down, they will become crispier when they are cool. Enjoy!
