Perfect recipe for the upcoming holiday season. This pecan pie recipe will leave you wanting one more than one slice!

List of Ingredients

Filling:

⅓ coconut oil

2 eggs

1 cup of almond flour

½ tsp of sugar

Base:

1 cup of coconut sugar

¼ cup of honey

¼ cup of ghee

3 eggs

2 cups of Rancho Pecana chopped pecans

1 tbsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
  2. Prepare base by mixing coconut oil, 1 egg, almond flour, and salt and let sit for 10 minutes. 
  3. Spread base into a pie dish
  4. Mix the second egg and spread it out with a brush all over the base then put in the oven for 10 minutes. 
  5. In a bowl, mix the coconut sugar, honey, ghee, eggs, pecans, and a hint of salt. 
  6. After the base is ready, add the filling and put in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes (until the center is firm). 
  7. Before serving, decorate with more pecans and enjoy!!
