List of Ingredients
Filling:
⅓ coconut oil
2 eggs
1 cup of almond flour
½ tsp of sugar
Base:
1 cup of coconut sugar
¼ cup of honey
¼ cup of ghee
3 eggs
2 cups of Rancho Pecana chopped pecans
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
- Prepare base by mixing coconut oil, 1 egg, almond flour, and salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Spread base into a pie dish
- Mix the second egg and spread it out with a brush all over the base then put in the oven for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the coconut sugar, honey, ghee, eggs, pecans, and a hint of salt.
- After the base is ready, add the filling and put in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes (until the center is firm).
- Before serving, decorate with more pecans and enjoy!!
